　　办学条件： 绘画专业作为省一流专业，包含中国画、书画教育、插图三个专业方向。师资队伍结构合理、实力雄厚。 现有专任教师18人，其中教授2人、副教授4人，博士学历7人，形成了一支以中青年教师为骨干、兼具教学与科研能力的师资梯队。专业教师中汇聚了众多高层次人才，包括国家学科带头人1人（特聘）、齐鲁文化英才1人、山东省签约文艺评论家1人、青岛拔尖人才2人；同时拥有中国书法家协会学术委员会委员1人，中国美术家协会插图装帧艺术委员会委员1人，中国美协会员7人，中国书协会员4人。此外，专业“双师型”教师占比高达72.2%。

　　实践教学平台完善。 校内设有丝网印刷与版画、高仿书画临摹、美术馆等实验室和实践教学平台；校外在北京、安徽、青岛等地设有10余处教学实习基地，为学生搭建了理论联系实际的优质实践平台。

　　国际交流广泛深入。 专业积极拓宽国际视野，已与美国、意大利、韩国等国家的8所高等院校建立合作关系，通过学分互认、学术交流、师生互访等多种形式开展深度合作，有效提升专业的国际化办学水平。

　　主要成果：科研教研成果丰硕。近年来，专业教师团队深耕科研与教学改革领域，主持国家社科基金艺术学项目2项、教育部项目1项、省社科规划项目及省重点项目8项，并结合专业服务地方经济发展承担多项横向课题。

　　师生获奖成绩斐然。教师团队屡获殊荣，获中国文化部、中国文联、中国美协、中国书协等主办的“第九、十四届全国美展”“中国美术金彩奖”“中国书法兰亭奖”“中国文联文艺评论奖”等一等奖3项、二等奖2项、优秀作品4项；入选“北京国际美术双年展”及中美协各单项奖30余项；获山东省委、省政府“泰山文艺奖”一、三等奖2项。学生作品同样表现优异，在“第二、三届全国美展”中获奖及入选4件，百余件作品在国际国内重要展览比赛中入选或获奖。

　　学术出版与育人成效。教师团队出版专著、教材8部，发表论文（作品）200余篇（件）。专业实现了课堂与社会相结合、社会需求与培养目标相结合，有效推进了“产、学、研、用”学科专业一体化发展。

　　主干课程：专业课程体系紧扣行业发展与人才需求，构建了兼具理论性与实践性的课程模块，中国画方向：工笔人物、写意人物、三农主题人物创作、花鸟、山水、三农主题风景创作、中国美术史、外国美术史等；书画教育方向：篆书基础、隶书基础、楷书基础、篆书技法与创作、楷书技法与创作、隶书技法与创作、书法史、行书基础、行书技法与创作、书画创作与展览等；插图方向：组线造型与创作、黑白造型与创作、插画色彩与创作、视觉语言转换、木刻版画、绘本创作、动态插画创作、文学插图创作、商业插画创作、创意书籍设计、插画文创设计等。

　　绘画专业（书画教育方向）以立德树人为根本，立足国家乡村振兴战略和美育计划，培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展，对国家和社会具有高度责任感和奉献精神，矢志三农，知行合一，掌握扎实的书法和绘画专业理论知识和技法创作能力，具备从事县乡城镇基层中小学书法和绘画教育教学的专业能力和职业素养，符合社会发展需求的社会主义教育事业建设者和接班人。掌握书法和绘画专业领域发展动态和规律，能够在与书画专业相关的博物馆、文化馆、美术馆及公私艺术机构从事管理、经营和教学等工作的学习型专业人才。

　　Introduction to the Painting Major (in Chinese and English)

　　Program Overview:As a provincial first-class major, the Painting program encompasses three specializations: Chinese Painting, Calligraphy and Painting Education, and Illustration.

　　The faculty boasts a well-structured and highly qualified team. We currently have 18 full-time teachers, including 2 professors and 4 associate professors, with 7 holding doctoral degrees. This has formed a robust teaching and research echelon led primarily by young and middle-aged educators.

　　Our faculty includes numerous high-level talents, such as 1 National Discipline Leader (Distinguished Professor), 1 Qilu Cultural Talent, 1 Shandong Provincial Contracted Literary Critic, and 2 Qingdao Top-notch Talents. In terms of professional affiliations, we have 1 member of the Academic Committee of the China Calligraphers Association, 1 member of the Illustration and Binding Art Committee of the China Artists Association, 7 members of the China Artists Association, and 4 members of the China Calligraphers Association. Furthermore, the proportion of "dual-qualified" teachers in the program is as high as 72.2%.

　　The program features a well-established practical teaching system. On campus, we provide state-of-the-art labs and platforms, including facilities for screen printing and printmaking, high-fidelity calligraphy and painting reproduction, as well as an on-campus art museum. Beyond the campus, we have established over 10 teaching internship bases in cities like Beijing, Anhui, and Qingdao, creating a high-quality platform for students to effectively bridge theory with practice.

　　International exchanges are extensive and in-depth. The program actively broadens its international perspective and has established cooperative relationships with eight higher education institutions in countries including the United States, Italy, and South Korea. Through various forms of collaboration—such as mutual credit recognition, academic exchanges, and reciprocal visits by faculty and students—this program effectively enhances its internationalization level.

　　Major Achievements: Remarkable Outcomes in Scientific Research and Teaching

　　In recent years, the faculty team has deeply engaged in research and teaching reform, leading two National Social Science Foundation projects in the field of arts, one Ministry of Education project, eight provincial social science planning projects and key provincial projects, and undertaking numerous horizontal research projects that leverage the discipline’s expertise to support local economic development.

　　The teachers and students have achieved remarkable success。 The teaching team has repeatedly won prestigious awards, including three first-place awards, two second-place awards, and four outstanding works in the “9th and 14th National Art Exhibitions,” the “China Fine Arts Golden Color Award,” the “Lanting Award for Chinese Calligraphy,” and the “China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Literary Criticism Award”—all organized by the Ministry of Culture of China, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the China Artists Association, and the China Calligraphers Association. They have also been selected for the “Beijing International Biennale of Fine Arts” and other major exhibitions.

　　The Artists Association has won over 30 individual awards; it has also received two first- and third-place awards in the “Taishan Arts Award” presented by the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government. Student works have likewise demonstrated outstanding performance, with four pieces winning awards or being selected for inclusion in the “2nd and 3rd National Art Exhibitions.” More than a hundred of their works have been selected for or won awards in significant domestic and international exhibitions and competitions.

　　Academic Publishing and Educational Outcomes: The faculty team has published eight monographs and textbooks and has authored or co-authored over 200 papers and other scholarly works. The program has successfully integrated classroom learning with real-world applications, aligning societal needs with educational objectives, thereby effectively promoting the integrated development of “industry, academia, research, and application” in our discipline.

　　Core Courses: The professional curriculum is closely aligned with industry developments and talent demands, featuring course modules that combine theoretical depth with practical application. For the Chinese Painting specialization: meticulous figure painting, freehand figure painting, creation of figures themed around agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, flowers and birds, landscapes, landscape paintings themed around agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, Chinese art history, and foreign art history, among others; for the Calligraphy and Painting Education specialization: basics of seal script, basics of clerical script, basics of regular script, techniques and creative practice in seal script, techniques and creative practice in regular script, techniques and creative practice in clerical script, history of calligraphy, basics of running script, techniques and creative practice in running script, calligraphy and painting creation and exhibitions, among others; for the Illustration specialization: line-based form and creation, black-and-white form and creation, color and creation in illustration, visual language transformation, woodcut printmaking, picture book creation, dynamic illustration creation, literary illustration creation, commercial illustration creation, creative book design, and illustration-based cultural and creative product design, among others.

　　Cultivation Objectives。The Painting major (with a focus on Chinese painting) is fundamentally grounded in moral cultivation and character development. It responds to the needs of the national and Shandong provincial rural aesthetic education sector, aiming to nurture socialist builders and successors who are well-rounded in morality, intelligence, physical health, aesthetics, and labor. Graduates will possess a strong sense of social responsibility, an open international perspective, and a deep-rooted “agriculture, rural areas, and farmers” spirit. They will have a solid grasp of Chinese painting theory and related creative knowledge, as well as the ability to promote aesthetic education and engage in artistic creation. They will be capable of working in rural aesthetic education development, arts training, and professional cultural sectors, engaging in art teaching, creation, and design. These graduates will be highly qualified, application-oriented professionals with professional ethics, a strong sense of responsibility, and outstanding competence.

　　The Painting major (with a focus on Calligraphy and Painting Education) takes cultivating moral integrity and fostering well-rounded individuals as its fundamental principle. Grounded in the national rural revitalization strategy and the aesthetic education initiative, this major aims to nurture students who are morally upright, intellectually capable, physically healthy, aesthetically sensitive, and industrious—individuals endowed with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to the nation and society. Committed to serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, these students will integrate knowledge with practice, master solid theoretical foundations and technical skills in calligraphy and painting, and develop the professional competence and ethical qualities necessary to engage in teaching and educating primary and secondary school students at the grassroots level in counties, townships, and urban communities. They will thus contribute effectively to the development of socialist education that meets the needs of social progress.

　　The Illustration major within the Fine Arts program takes cultivating moral character and fostering well-rounded individuals as its fundamental mission. Rooted in Shandong, focused on Qingdao, and committed to serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, this major aligns with the demands of the digital economy and the cultural-creative industries. Building upon traditional aesthetic education principles, it integrates modern educational trends and technological developments, guided by practical teaching approaches and grounded in the theory of successful quality education. With a strong employment-oriented focus, the program equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary for illustration creation, seamlessly blending traditional illustration techniques with digital art. Students are encouraged to actively participate in rural revitalization and the construction of beautiful countryside. The program aims to nurture innovative talents endowed with a deep sense of national and familial responsibility, exceptional creative thinking, solid scientific and cultural literacy, and profound humanistic and artistic sensibilities—capable of engaging in illustration creation, picture-book research and development, cultural and creative product design, and other related fields within the realms of popular culture and the cultural-creative industries. At the same time, the program strengthens students’ practical skills in inheriting and innovating traditional Chinese culture, thereby contributing high-quality, versatile, and professionally competent talent—with strong professional ethics and a sense of responsibility—to the building of cultural confidence in China’s traditional ethnic cultures in the new era.
